If you do not receive a copy of your ticket immediately after purchasing please check your junk mail and if you don’t have it search 'wixevents'. If you don't find it, email us immediately at hello@thirdandbird.com so we can resend it to you! Please do not wait for the day of the market as our response times to emails can be up to 24 hours.
You are expected to arrive at your scheduled check-in time and are not bound to a 2hr shopping block. Take your time to complete your shopping.
Strollers are not permitted, please plan accordingly. For more information please read our stroller policy on our FAQ page. * Exceptions can be made upon review. Please email us in advance of the market.
Kids 12 and under attending General Admission will require a FREE kid ticket.
There are no returns/refunds/exchanges on tickets. If you can no longer attend please consider gifting or selling your ticket to a friend or loved one. . Exception: If the market is cancelled, refunds will be issued.
