TERMS + CONDITIONS
January 19th @ midnight - Applications close
February 3rd - Notifications sent
February 10th - booth size selection + payment opens in our private vendor portal
February 18th @ 5pm CST - payments + contracts due
February 25th @ 5pm CST - cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee.
March 4th @ 5pm CST - cancel and receive refund less $75. Any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
After clicking SUBMIT your application will process and upload to our database. This could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once complete you will be automatically directed to the confirmation page. Do not refresh before getting to the confirmation page as it will reset your application.
